Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days(excluding weekends and holidays). During launches, sales, holidays, or high volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates + Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier delays, weather, holidays or circumstances outside of our control.
Lost, Delayed or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Harper Rose + Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Local Pickup
Local Pickup may be available for select orders and events. If local pickup is offered, details will be provided at checkout or announced on our social media pages.
Preorders
Items marked as preorder will have an estimated ship date listed in the product description. If your order contains both preorder and ready-to-ship items, your order may ship together once all items are available.
